Get Started with

👮Requirements: 

In order to take full advantage of our Aircall and Salesforce integration, please make sure that you meet our minimum requirements:

  • The Salesforce integration is only available for Aircall clients on the Enterprise plan
  • Have top-level Salesforce administrator privileges or full object-level and full-field-level security permissions.
  • You must be using the same e-mail for both Aircall and Salesforce.

 

🚀 Let’s get you set up!

First things first, you should create a free Aircall account and get your phone number set up

Then in your Aircall dashboard, click on the integrations section and get ready to create your Salesforce integration!  

 1. Within ✆ Aircall:

  • Select Salesforce
  • Select which numbers should be linked to your integration
  • Choose your environment: Sandbox or Production  
  • Install the Aircall CTI within Salesforce (learn how to do so for Lightning or for Classic).
  • Click Connect to Salesforce
  • Log into your Salesforce account and authorize Aircall to access your account
  • Then, verify that the visible checkboxes are checked on Salesforce and Save
  • Click on Next to finalize the Aircall <> Salesforce integration setup.  

2. Within ☁︎ Salesforce : 

Add users to the recently installed Call Center (Aircall CTI):

  • Go to Setup and search for Call Center in the quick find bar
  • Click on Call Centers and select Aircall CTI for Salesforce
  • Click on Manage Call Center Users
  • Search for your users by typing their name and click on Find
  • Select the users who should have access to the Aircall CTI within Salesforce
  • Click Add to Call Center.  

Then configure your softphone Layout,  

  • Click on softphone Layouts
  • Click on New, pick a Name and click on Default Layout 
  • Then, select Save
